How to use the eyeliner: tricks so that you apply it alone without making mistakes

Step by step to apply the eyeliner

1- The first step to get a perfect delineation is to define a line between the end of the eye and the end of the eyebrow. It is possible to use a swab for that. Delineate this imaginary line with the help of this object.

2- After that, take the eyeliner and draw a line in the same direction. Start the tracing by the external part of the eye, this helps to make the line in both eyes proportionally.

3- When affirming the skin, be careful not to stretch it too much, neither up, nor to the side. If you do, the line will never be perfect.

4- The thickness of your line will be defined by the size of the line you make towards the imaginary line. The smaller the line, the finer the line will be. The larger and closer to the eyebrow, the thicker the outline of the eyes will be .

5- Once the line is made on the outside of the eye, it is time to begin to contour the eyelid. To match the eye contour line , use the applicator horizontally. Avoid using the tip, so your stroke will be uniform and straight.

6- Use the applicator in a horizontal position throughout the contour. Keeping your eyes open helps a lot to not make mistakes. Avoid closing them and always follow the root of the eyelashes. Bask on them so that the line comes out perfect.

7- Repeat the procedure in the other eye.

8- Remember that the line for the delineation of cat eyes should follow the same direction as the line from the end of the eye to the end of the eyebrow.

9- Again, apply the eyeliner in a horizontal position. The advice of the make-up artist is that you do not get too close to the outline of the inner corner of the eye. This way you will allow a more open look and create the feeling that your eyes are bigger.

10- Give the final touch joining the trace of the external corner of the eye to the stroke of the contour of the eyelashes. Do it by joining the tip of the cat's eye to the middle of the eye.
